This research discusses the analysis of management analysis of human resource change with a focus on the core values of trustworthiness, competence, harmony, loyal, adaptive, and collaboration (Akhlak BUMN) at PT Kawasan Berikat Nusantara. Nusantara. This research uses a case study approach to describe how the implementation of these values affects organizational change and HR performance in the company. Through in-depth interviews and documentation analysis, findings show that the implementation of SOEs' moral values can improve adaptability, collaboration, and employee performance, as well as optimizing change management to achieve the company's strategic goals. to achieve the company's strategic goals. Conclusion underscores the importance of the integrity of ethical values in managing organizational change effectively and sustainably
